Baked fresh Salmon on a carrot and ginger puree with roasted Mediterranean Vegetables and a side of garlic citrus potatoes (GF) (4,7,9,10,)

½ Roast Irish Chicken served with Merry’s mash, vegetables, Stuffing and Jus (GF without the stuffing) (1,7,9,10,12)

Tortellini stuffed with mushroom in a spinach white wine cream sauce, Topped with rocket, parmesan, toasted almonds and truffle oil (N)(V) (1, 3,7,9,10,)

DESSERT

Merry’s Mess, crumbled meringue, whipped cream, vanilla Ice cream and marshmallows (GF) (3,7)

The Merry Cobbler, pastry case filled with stewed apple, custard and cookie Crumble, served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream (1,3,7)
